Clients respond really well to quick quotes and follow-ups, but we know you don't want to be logging into your dashboard every five minutes to check for changes.
That's why we keep you updated by email whenever new activity occurs. We'll also send you round-ups each day to help you keep track of opportunities you may have missed.
You can manage which email notifications you want to receive using your notification settings. These are located in the Settings > Notifications tab.
If you don’t wish to receive particular types of notification just untick the box for that type of notification.
Please note: some types of notification cannot be turned off as they are critical to use of our service.
At the top right of your dashboard you’ll see a bell icon. Clicking on this icon opens the notification bar, which lists the notifications you’ve received.
Most notifications will appear here and you can click a notification to go to whatever the notification is about.
We’ll also send you notifications by email and you can manage what notifications you receive by changing your notification settings.
