Whilst we have found that feedback left via our service is overwhelmingly positive, in some cases negative feedback does get left.
Where negative feedback is a genuine reflection of the service the client received, we will not remove this feedback from a lawyer’s profile.
However, we do understand that sometimes as a lawyer it is your job to tell the client things they would rather not hear, and this isn’t always appreciated and/or understood by the client.
As such, where you receive feedback which you believe does not accurately reflect the service you provided, you may dispute this by notifying us by email on email@example.com. In your email, please tell us:
- the date the review was received;
- the client’s name (if they left one); and
- the content of the testimonial they left,
so that we can identify the relevant feedback.
We will then look into the feedback as quickly as possible to attempt to verify whether the feedback was genuine. This may involve contacting both you and the client by phone or email. Where we cannot verify that the feedback was genuine, we will remove it from your profile.
