Within the Settings > Billing tab you’ll see a list of your payment methods. We accept most major card providers.
You can have as many payment methods as you like, please note though:
- you must always have a default payment method;
- you can add a new payment method at any time by clicking Add Payment Method;
- you can delete any payment method which isn’t your default payment method by clicking Remove under the relevant payment method;
- if you want to delete your default payment method, you’ll need to first make another payment method your default (by clicking Make Default - if you don't have another payment method, add one first). Once you’ve done so, you can delete the old default payment method as explained above.
If a payment is declined
If we're unable to charge a payment method, we'll email you to let you know. We'll also list any unpaid invoices in the Settings > Billing section of your dashboard.
If after 7 days you've haven't paid the outstanding invoice or added a valid payment method, your account will be restricted.
Our payments provider
Our payment provider is Stripe, a Level 1 PCI Service Provider.
