What are Saved Quotes?
You can save your most common quotes via your MyLegalAdviser dashboard.
- automatically populate the quote fields for that type of enquiry; and
- can instantly be submitted using One Click Quotes.
How do I set up Saved Quotes?
There are two ways to save a quote.
Option 1 - Settings
Option 2 - When submitting a quote
You can also save a quote before you submit it. Simply fill in your quote as usual and then click + SAVE AS DEFAULT QUOTE before submitting your quote to save it.
How do One Click Quotes work?
Once you save a quote for an enquiry type, new enquiry emails will contain a One Click Quote button. Clicking this button will automatically submit your quote to the client.
To help you remember what your saved quote is, the button will also contain the details of your quote (e.g. Fixed Fee: £850).
How can I turn Saved Quotes off?
Saved quotes which are toggled off won't populate quote fields or be eligible for One Click Quotes.
