Teams specialising in different areas can share a MyLegalAdviser profile to quote and win new clients.
A simple way to ensure every user who needs to know when a new action occurs is by adding additional email addresses in Settings.
What emails will they get?
Additional emails will get the following email types for their practice area(s):
- new enquiries
- enquiry round-ups/summaries
- new client messages
The primary email address will still receive all notifications.
How to add additional email addresses
Click the Edit button.
Click + ADD EMAIL ADDRESS
Enter the email address in the left box. Add/remove the practice areas that address should receive emails for.
Repeat for each lawyer/practice area you want to receive emails.
Click the Confirm button.
